Returns Eligibility:

   – Car batteries purchased from Battery Bill Limited are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

   – To be eligible for a return, the battery must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase:

  • A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Defective Products:

  • If the battery is found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance in processing a warranty claim.

Non-Defective Returns:

   –  If you wish to return a non-defective battery for reasons other than being defective, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

   – The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

   –  Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

   –  Please allow 3 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.

How to Initiate a Return:

   –  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@batterybill.co.nz or 0800-63-73-84.

   –  Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

 Exclusions:

   The following items are not eligible for return:

      – Batteries that have been installed or used

      – Batteries that have been damaged due to improper handling or misuse

 Changes to the Return Policy:

  • Battery Bill Limited reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.
